Hi! I’m Sandy.

I am a recent graduate in industrial design from Carnegie Mellon University. I explore how design shapes perception and the role objects play in our lives. I hope to design products that are purposeful, enduring, and mindful of their environmental impact.

Egypt was my first home, and my first encounter with design. I grew up surrounded by the works of my ancestors—jewelry that never lost its color, structures that remain a wonder, and engravings that tell stories. I like to think I take after them in my curiosity, drive to solve problems, and desire to create.
